I stopped sabotaging my nighttime routine by doing these two things that you can start tonight.

 

 

It's no secret that I love habits and routines, because I've seen how women can really start to thrive once they support themselves with those things. In the past I've talk about how mornings start the night before, and the importance of a solid nighttime routine. Today we're breaking it down even simpler with my top two tricks to get to bed earlier.

 

This bite-sized episode was inspired by my own struggles, because I was sticking to my nighttime routine...just later, and later. So, I buckled down to beat the bedtime procrastination and now I'm sharing these super practical things you can start doing tonight!
